Job description

Position: Sales Support Executive

Location: Tonbridge

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits including free parking, Private Medical Insurance, Generous holiday allowance, social team building events

Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 5:00pm. Office Based.

Role Overview:

Are you highly motivated and organized with excellent communication and sales support skills? Our client seeks a Sales Support Executive to join their dynamic team, supporting a Business Development Manager across Europe. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and creative environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Support Business Development Managers in achieving sales targets.
  2. Manage all aspects of sales support, including handling customer inquiries and marketing needs.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  4. Proactively manage customer accounts and maintain regular communication via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
  5. Utilize CRM systems to manage customer data and mailing lists.
  6. Prepare and deliver product presentations and sales reports for meetings.
  7. Maintain updated product information and notify customers of updates or discontinuations.
  8. Coordinate with marketing for website updates and marketing campaigns.
  9. Assist in organizing trade fairs and support marketing materials preparation.
  10. Provide support to colleagues and undertake additional duties as required.
Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent communication skills with an outgoing personality.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
  • Proficient in administration and confident presenting information.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently and in a team.
  • Resilient, focused, and able to work under pressure.
  • At least two years' experience in sales coordination or similar role.
  • Tech-savvy, with knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe skills are a plus.
