  3. Provide guidance and advice to the business (including the Executive/Board) on legal issues affecting the house building sector, including compliance and regulatory matters.
  4. Offer advice on construction litigation matters such as Terminations, Pay Less Notices, and Adjudications, including managing external lawyers’ input where appropriate.
  5. Supervise and train junior lawyers within the team.
  6. Contribute to shaping and delivering the future strategy of the Group Legal Team, including implementing tailored training programs for the wider business.

  3. Commercial mindset.
  4. Ability to balance risk with the group’s overall objectives.
  5. Private practice training is essential.
  6. In-house experience is helpful but not mandatory.
  7. Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
  8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  9. Excellent organisational, multi-tasking, and drafting skills.
  10. Proficiency in word processing and IT skills.
