Salary: Up to 80k + Bonus + Car Allowance

The Sales Director will be working with a leading provider of logistics, transport and shipping solutions, committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to their clients.

Key responsibilities of Sales Director:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted industries, through developing relationships and network expansion.
  • Create and implement sales strategies to achieve growth goals and increase market share.
  • Build strong client relationships, understanding their needs to deliver effective solutions.
  • As a sales director you must stay update on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with operations to ensure alignment with sales initiatives, improving customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales metrics, provide updates to senior management, and use data to guide strategic decisions.
  • Use insights from sales performance and client feedback to refine approaches.
