About

Telesales - Work From Home Full time – Permanent – No weekends. £23k base salary with OTE of £29-30k. Fully Remote – equipment provided. 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 10:30 am - 7:00 pm.

Role Summary

You will make outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make 150-200 calls a day using an automated dialler.
2. Build rapport with customers and tailor offers to their needs.
3. Achieve targets of 7-10 sales daily (90% of the team meet their targets).
4. Ensure compliance with all processes and regulations.

Required Skills and Experience

Experience in Call Centre, Retail Sales, Customer Service, Telesales, or Field Sales will be considered. You need a quiet workspace at home and comfort with remote working. A desire to exceed targets while following process, compliance, and regulations.
