Company Description

We are looking for a Room Attendant to join our TRIBE as we launched our first TRIBE Hotel into the London market in the summer of 2022.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

1. Be responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms, ensuring they meet brand standards, are well presented, and maintained.
2. Report any maintenance defects in guest rooms and on guest floors through KnowCross.
3. Ensure all guest rooms adhere to brand standards and quality audit standards.
4. Clean and service public areas to brand standards, ensuring they are well presented and maintained.
5. Report maintenance defects in public areas and back of house through KnowCross.
6. Ensure public areas adhere to brand standards and quality audit standards.
7. Maintain exterior areas of the hotel, including guest entrances and loading bays.
8. Oversee daily linen delivery and collection.
9. Stock linen and housekeeping supplies on guest floors and in stores, keeping storage areas clean and maintained.
10. Keep guest floors clean and well maintained at all times.
11. Assist with other housekeeping tasks as required.
12. Adhere to Health and Safety standards and report breaches to the Head Housekeeper.
13. Handle cleaning materials correctly, following COSHH regulations.
14. Attend all required training sessions.
15. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, even when facing challenges.
16. Provide high-level customer care with friendly, helpful, and responsive service.
17. Assist in cleaning public and back of house areas as needed.
