Company Description

We are looking for a Room Attendant to join our TRIBE as we launched our first TRIBE Hotel into the London market in the summer of 2022.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

1. Be responsible for the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, ensuring they meet brand standards, are well presented, and maintained.
2. Report any maintenance defects in guest rooms and on guest floors through KnowCross.
3. Ensure all guest rooms adhere to brand standards and quality audit standards.
4. Clean and service public areas, ensuring they meet brand standards and are well maintained.
5. Report maintenance defects in public areas and back of house through KnowCross.
6. Ensure public areas adhere to brand standards and quality standards.
7. Maintain the exterior areas of the hotel, including guest entrances and loading bays.
8. Oversee the daily delivery and collection of linen and terry.
9. Stock linen and housekeeping supplies on guest floors and in storage areas, keeping these areas clean and organized.
10. Keep guest floors clean and well maintained at all times.
11. Assist with other housekeeping tasks as needed.
12. Adhere to Health and Safety standards and report breaches to the Head Housekeeper.
13. Handle cleaning materials correctly, following COSHH regulations.
14. Attend all required training sessions.
15. Maintain a positive, friendly attitude and provide excellent customer care.
16. Assist in cleaning public and back-of-house areas as required.
