About the role
  1. Drive sales by researching, targeting, and winning new business
  2. Undertake telephone, Teams, and in-person meetings with potential clients
  3. Create compelling advertising campaign proposals
  4. Confidently present creative solutions to decision-makers
  5. Introduce partners to a wider range of marketing services
  6. Effectively manage a busy calendar of activity
  7. Work closely with and learn from experienced sales team colleagues
About you
  1. A quick learner, with enthusiasm to hit the ground running
  2. Some sales experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  3. A flair for telephone and face-to-face sales, influencing decision-makers, and overcoming objections
  4. Results-driven mindset, motivated by KPIs and data
  5. Proactive self-starter able to prioritise activity and manage meetings
  6. Problem solver, remaining calm under pressure and finding solutions to challenges
  7. Strong IT skills including CRMs (including HubSpot), social media platforms, and Office 365
  8. Some experience in a sales role in the media, marketing, recruitment, IT, estate agency, or professional services sector would be advantageous
