About the Role

As a Pet Compliance Officer for G4S, you will ensure the safety of our customers and their pets while following government guidelines. This role requires customer-focused, pet-friendly individuals who can liaise with port staff and government agencies, demonstrate strong attention to detail, work under pressure, and communicate effectively using technical equipment such as tablets or iPads. SIA license holders are welcome, but full training including SIA, ISPS, and product training will be provided to set you up for success.

Responsibilities

1. Greet pet owners and their pets upon arrival at the port.
2. Check pet documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.
3. Liaise with port staff and government agencies to facilitate the smooth passage of pets through the port in a timely manner.
4. Maintain accurate records of pet inspections.
5. Provide excellent customer service to pet owners, answering questions and queries.
