About the role

The Warehouse Team Manager will support the site management team in the efficient and cost-effective management of warehouse operations. Your responsibility is to ensure the smooth running of daily warehouse activities and to provide the required level of service to customers at all times.

You will be responsible for

Ensuring the receiving, storing, picking, and dispatch of goods are carried out correctly, meeting productivity levels and budget constraints, while maintaining a safe working environment through effective team management.

You will need

Successful candidates will have working knowledge of warehouse functions within the FMCG distribution industry, understanding of business and operational aspects of supervising a depot warehouse. Knowledge of the transport function is advantageous.

As a team leader, you'll possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage and train colleagues. Computer skills, particularly MS Office, are essential for reporting and disciplinary processes.
