The Warehouse Team Manager will support site management in the efficient and cost-effective operation of the warehouse. Your responsibilities include ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining high service levels for customers.
You will oversee the receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching of goods, ensuring these activities meet productivity targets and stay within budget, all while maintaining a safe working environment through effective team management.
Successful candidates will have knowledge of warehouse operations within the FMCG distribution industry, understanding of depot warehouse management, and ideally some knowledge of the transport function. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and train colleagues are essential. Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and disciplinary processes is also required.
