Position: Senior Recruitment Consultant

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving repeat business by building strong, lasting relationships with clients and professionals across your sector. You'll spend much of your time engaging with clients and candidates over the phone and in person, ensuring their needs are met with precision. This role suits experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants or those from temporary recruitment backgrounds looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Conduct client visits to gain a deep understanding of their recruitment needs and demonstrate how Prospero can support them.
  • Attract and engage top-tier professionals that match your clients' expectations and culture.
  • Manage advertising campaigns across job boards, social media, and our website.
  • Interview and assess candidates to ensure suitability for current and future vacancies.
  • Successfully fill vacancies across temporary and contract roles.

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need:
  • A proven track record in recruitment or sales.
  • Solid experience with compliance processes specific to recruitment.
  • Sector knowledge in your recruitment specialism (preferred but not essential).
  • The ability to manage high-volume workloads while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Resilience, ambition, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
