Our London Public Sector HR team, based in Cheapside, comprises three experienced consultants from Recruitment Consultant to Business Director. We seek an experienced Recruitment Consultant (Senior Recruitment Consultant/Business Manager/Manager or above) to join this team. You will focus on recruiting permanent HR professionals for the public sector and charity/not-for-profit sectors in London. This desk has high potential, with expected billings of £250k-£350k annually. Your role involves client interaction, delivering recruitment services, and business development to grow market share, with opportunities for fee growth and client acquisition. Collaborate with high-performing, sector-specialist colleagues in a reputable environment, enabling quick impact and financial reward.
Your New Role: As a HR recruitment specialist in the Public Sector, you will be an expert in Human Resources, covering areas like recruitment, learning and development, HR transformation, HR Systems, Employee Relations, and more. Prior HR recruitment experience isn't essential as training will be provided, along with support from experienced managers and technical specialists. You will need to learn quickly to recruit effectively across various HR levels. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is vital, alongside proactive business development efforts. Candidate attraction and management are equally important, requiring innovative approaches to sourcing top HR talent. Your role balances candidate and client engagement, with objectives focused on visibility, relationship-building, and establishing yourself as a trusted HR recruitment expert.
