The ONLY brand is well known in Europe, operating more than 800 retail shops that offer the best shapes in JEANS and seasonal fashion for female consumers of all ages. We are now preparing to enter the UK market, with our second ONLY STORE opening in York outlet during Summer 2025.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a store manager capable of recruiting, leading, and developing a strong team to operate the ONLY store with high standards, efficiency, and excellent results. The ideal candidate will lead with proximity, fostering a founder’s mentality within the team, where ownership of the shop, the team, and the customers is shared. You should understand how to showcase our products at their best while organizing the store and team for optimal efficiency.
