Role Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager, your focus is on motivating your team and providing meaningful shopping experiences. You will be second-in-command, ready to step in for the Store Manager when needed. Your goal is to drive store performance through excellent customer service, teamwork, and operational efficiency.

You will support creating a culture of trust, assist in recruiting and retaining a talented team, coach team members, and serve as the Store Manager’s right hand in daily business activities.

Ideal Candidate

• Relevant experience at Assistant Store Manager level or similar in retail or hospitality.
