Qualifications

Role Overview:

The CRM Manager will lead campaign development, deployment, and insights across the subscription lifecycle. This role supports the Senior Manager in devising strategies that leverage data, mar-tech, propositions, and content to drive revenue growth and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a comprehensive, automated, and personalized CRM campaign strategy focused on commercial outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with Trading and Retention teams to create plans aligned with their objectives and analyze campaign performance.
  3. Lead project initiatives and approve iD Mobile projects related to CRM.
  4. Work with Business Standards, GTM, and Operations teams to optimize campaign delivery and manage supplier involvement.
  5. Implement segmentation, product, and proposition strategies, selecting audiences and channels to meet KPIs for growth, margin, and retention.
  6. Create new program activities to support iD Mobile’s growth.
  7. Review and optimize campaign performance through an ongoing roadmap and implement tracking/monitoring systems.
  8. Seek external inspiration to enhance current campaign performance.
  9. Minimum of 3 years CRM campaign experience, either agency or client-side.
Required Skills & Experience:
  1. Experience in building, testing, and deploying CRM communications across subscription journeys.
  2. Knowledge of Adobe platform data models, workflows, QA, and personalization scripts.
  3. Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to improve KPIs.
  4. Experience in approving high-volume campaign copy, content, and visuals.
  5. Hybrid working experience and online project management skills.
  6. Proficiency in Movable Ink, Google Analytics, Excel, and MS Office tools.
  7. Experience in the mobile or retail industries, preferably in Subscription – New Sales.
  8. Experience with Push Notifications and Direct Mail campaigns.
  9. Understanding of HTML template principles, including accessibility and vulnerable email design.
