Qualifications

Role Overview

The CRM Manager will lead campaign build, deployment, and insights across the subscription lifecycle. Supporting the Senior Manager, you will develop strategies utilizing data, mar-tech, propositions, and content to drive revenue growth and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop a year-round, automated, personalized, and commercially focused CRM campaign strategy.
  2. Collaborate with Trading and Retention teams to plan and report on campaign performance.
  3. Lead projects and approve initiatives on behalf of CRM.
  4. Coordinate with Business Standards, GTM, and Operations teams to optimize campaign delivery.
  5. Implement segmentation, product, and proposition strategies, selecting audiences and channels to meet KPIs.
  6. Create new programs to support growth.
  7. Review and optimize campaign performance; implement tracking and monitoring.
  8. Seek external inspiration to enhance performance.
  9. Minimum of 3 years experience in CRM campaigns (agency or client-side).
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience in building, testing, and deploying CRM communications across subscription journeys.
  • Knowledge of Adobe platform data models, workflows, QA, and personalization scripts.
  • Ability to analyze data and devise strategies to improve KPIs.
  • Experience approving copy, content, and visual imagery for high-volume campaigns.
  • Hybrid working and online project management experience.
  • Proficiency with Movable Ink, Google Analytics, Excel, and MS Office.
  • Experience in mobile or retail industries, preferably in Subscription – New Sales.
Desirable
  • Experience with Push Notifications and Direct Mail.
  • Understanding of HTML templates, accessibility, and email design vulnerabilities.
