Admin Manager - Safeguarding Admin Team

Location: Office-based - In partnership with a Local Council

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a Safeguarding Admin Team
  • Coordinate and develop a customer-focused administrative service
  • Ensure the team operates efficiently and effectively to meet service demands
  • Communicate relevant information between senior management and admin teams
  • Support service improvements and monitor compliance with statutory and departmental policies
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial information
Candidate Requirements:

To Be Successful In This Role, You Must Have:

  • Experience working in a Safeguarding or Children's Social Care setting
  • Proven leadership in managing and developing administrative teams
  • Strong working knowledge of statutory compliance and social care systems
  • Experience in financial processing and compliance improvement
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise at all levels
  • Understanding of personnel policies and procedures
