In Kings Cross, our test centre is actively supporting candidates taking exams, alongside our other centres nationwide. We seek a professional, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills to provide vital support.
As a Registrar, you will ensure candidates are registered according to SELT ID policies and perform administrative tasks daily. You will play a key role in maintaining a secure and compliant exam environment, ensuring adherence to Trinity's examination policies to uphold the security and integrity of our exams. Occasionally, you will oversee the smooth operation of the centre.
This role involves 40 hours per week, spread over five days from Monday to Sunday, between 8:15 am and 5:00 pm, including weekend availability.
We are looking for someone with a good educational background and excellent communication skills at all levels, providing outstanding customer service with professionalism and a positive attitude. You should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and a team player comfortable interacting with colleagues, examiners, and candidates alike.
