Salary: From £26,000
Hours: Rota between 7:30am - 8:00pm Monday to Friday, and 7:30am - 3:30pm Saturdays
Location: 55 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6BH - full-time in the office
Contract: Permanent

Supported by the Registration/Admissions Supervisor, this dynamic, patient-facing role involves delivering a warm welcome to all outpatients and contributing to an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities include full registration upon arrival, providing information, and verifying demographic and financial data, including insurance authorizations and payments. Candidates should have knowledge of outpatient scheduling, excellent communication skills, and thrive in a busy hospital environment.
