Job description

Are you passionate about people and making a positive impact in the workplace? Do you have experience working within an HR team? We are looking for a dedicated HR Administrator to join our team initially on a 4-month fixed-term contract.

An approachable team member, capable of sharing knowledge and insights on HR best practices with our operations team.

You will be highly organized with a keen eye for detail. Using your previous skills and experience from within an HR function, you will support our UK HR team across various projects. As a generalist HR administrator, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, filing, data management, HR systems, and supporting new site opening projects.

Your Skills and Experience Will Include
  • Ideally CIPD Level 3 or above qualification
  • Previous experience working in an HR function
  • Experience in a logistics or warehouse environment is preferred but not essential
  • Strong understanding of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with HRIS reporting is advantageous
  • Self-motivated and keen on personal development
  • High attention to detail
  • Customer-focused, committed to delivering excellent service to internal stakeholders
