Our market-leading client is growing their technical team and is looking for an experienced Electrical and Mechanical Engineer to join as a Technical Support Engineer. If you are a tech-savvy individual with a passion for problem-solving, customer satisfaction, and enjoy working closely with external sales teams to drive market growth, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

The Role:

This role involves supporting products and assisting in applications where they could be used. Technical questions come in via phone, email, and internal systems from both internal and external customers. The product range is extensive, spanning pneumatics, electric drives, serial interfaces, and chillers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support through phone, email, Teams calls, and webinars
• Continuously develop your skills and industry knowledge
• Support and train internal departments
• Conduct showroom tours for customers

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in an Engineering discipline or relevant experience
• Methodical problem solver, organized, with the ability to keep clear and comprehensive records
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of being understood across various communication channels
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Technical knowledge paired with an understanding of sales is beneficial
• Enthusiasm for energy-saving initiatives and sustainability
