What will you be doing?


  • Understanding the customer drivers, markets, customer motivation and customer organisational structures
  • Retention, talent management, upskilling, networking, motivation, drive performance, succession planning
  • Meeting clients requirements on reporting, compliance, sustainability, communication and innovation.
  • Identifying, leading, delivering and continuously improving projects
  • Contract Lifecycle Management - Excellent time and resource management skills combined with optimising the contract management processes for greater efficiency
  • Understanding what is an acceptable level of risk in the context of the contract, implementing a strategy to protect the business and reduce unnecessary risk
  • Being on top of the terms and obligations of the contract and ensuring that companies complies with the contract terms, applicable laws and company policies
  • A robust understanding of the financial model that underpins the contract; what drives cost; what drives profit; how do we exploit opportunity,
  • Early identification of errors/issues which could lead to problems; devise mitigations where appropriate; timely and effective communication to business and client
  • Use of software to help manage agreements, create visibility and successfully maintain obligations
  • Accountability for the generation and delivery of the P&L.
  • Responsible for the delivery of monthly client meetings and report generation.
  • Ensuring good communication is maintained between all stakeholders.
  • Meeting clients requirements on reporting, compliance, sustainability, communication and innovation.
  • Responsible for all aspects of ensuring compliance with health and safety, ensuring Veolia's high values are maintained at all times.




What are we looking for?


  • Experience in contract management, managing a P&L and all relevant cost centres
  • Strong Health & Safety and compliance knowledge are essential (NEBOSH preferred).
  • Commercially astute with experience of managing contracts, P&L accounts.
  • Previous experience of asset and energy management would be beneficial.
  • Exposure to managing a team of people at management or supervisory level is
    Essential.
  • Driving licence essential and willingness to travel to sites in the region on a daily
    basis.
