Recovery Nurse/AHP Opportunity at Wycombe

We have an exciting opportunity within the Recovery team at Wycombe for enthusiastic and dynamic nurses or AHPs wanting to develop their critical thinking skills and advanced nursing skills in the provision of excellent perioperative care and patient experience.

The Wycombe General Recovery Units cover a variety of specialties including Plastics, General Surgery (Breast and Vascular), Urology, Gynaecology, ENT, OMFS, Orthopaedic, Spinal, and Paediatric Surgery.

The post holder will be a Registered Nurse or AHP, preferably with previous surgical nursing experience, but this is not essential as full training will be provided. Candidates should be good communicators, able to work as part of a team or independently, and willing to undertake specialist training. The successful candidate will work across sites, collaborating with our Recovery team in Stoke Mandeville.
