Recovery Practitioner

Service Care Solutions is supporting a non-profit provider in recruiting a Recovery Practitioner. In this role, you will support individuals suffering from Drug & Alcohol addiction. The ideal candidate should have experience in the field, be highly driven, and able to identify positivity in service users while developing their potential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage a caseload of 40-60 service users
2. Support individuals from Point of Entry
3. Provide Screening, Assessment, and Recovery Plans
4. Deliver One-to-One interventions

Minimum Requirements

• Experience working within the Substance Misuse field
• Awareness of health issues related to Substance Misuse
• Experience in Key Working and Care Planning
