Location: Essex, UK (2 days in the office)

MLC Partners are working with a Public Sector organisation who are looking to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner for an initial 3-month contract. This role is hybrid, with 2 days in the office.

This role is pivotal in driving strategic HR initiatives while executing essential Business Partner duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
• Act as a trusted advisor to management, offering insights and solutions on complex HR issues.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, within the Public Sector.
