Role Description

House Porter role:

• Deliver clean linen stock to pantries on your allocated floors,
• Deliver housekeeping supplies to your allocated floors and ensure that all stores are well maintained.
• Collect dirty linen from your allocated floors and bring it to the linen room.
• Collect waste from your allocated floors and dispose of it in the designated location.
• Assist with deep cleaning duties when needed, including hoovering and dusting corridors, carpet edges, furniture, lights, doors, and lifts.
• Show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guest's special requests and challenges that may arise during the day.

House Porter requirements:

• Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably from within a large 4/5* hotel.
• Flexibility to work varied hours,
• Ability to work under pressure,
• Good spoken English skills,
• Pride and attention to detail in your work,
• Confidence & professionalism when interacting with guests.
