We are seeking a dynamic, proactive Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to complement their high–performing team. In this fast–paced role, you ll confidently manage a diverse caseload from initial instruction all the way through to post–completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of a full residential conveyancing caseload, covering freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Prepare and review contracts, title documents, and property searches with precision.
• Cultivate strong, professional relationships with clients, estate agents, brokers, and fellow solicitors.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and risk management protocols.
• Provide an outstanding client experience with consistent, clear, and timely communication.
