Your focus as a Junior Sous Chef will be assisting the Senior Kitchen management team in the running of the main Perch Inn restaurant kitchen, working closely with our Executive & Head Chef to ensure the delivery of a superb farmhouse style menu and to maintain the high standards currently in place.
