? Size | c. 100 across two locations

? Level | 2-4 years PQE

? Based | Luton

We are working with a top legal 500 firm who are based close to Luton and are recruiting for a Solicitor to join their Commercial Property team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-4+ years experience in Commercial Property matters and a passion for the area.

They’re looking for someone with experience of managing a mixed caseload whilst providing clients with high quality, proactive legal advice, which meets client need. You will be joining one of the most reputable Commercial Property departments in the region.

Typical duties would include:

• Advising on acquisitions and disposals
• Preparing leases, sub leases, lease extensions and renewals
• Landlord and tenant issues
• Advising on refinancing and loan documentation
• General planning advice
• Supporting the senior members of the team in their caseloads, including running their cases during periods of absence and carrying out functions on their cases.

The successful candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales
• Minimum of 2 years PQE within Commercial Property
• Ambitious
• Hardworking
