Norse Cleaning Division works in partnership with a number of clients across East Anglia, providing a comprehensive range of professional cleaning services to local schools, public buildings, and communal areas.

We have a successful relationship with our clients in Cromer and are looking to recruit a Cleaner on a casual basis, offering AM & PM shifts.

The role

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out basic cleaning duties and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Cleaning and maintaining designated areas - mopping, hoovering, wiping down, emptying bins.
2. Building relationships with on-site clients.
3. Carrying out routine checks and adhering to health and safety protocols.
4. Reporting issues or defects on site.

Our Successful Candidate:

We prefer candidates with previous cleaning or caretaking experience, and ideally:

• Knowledge of basic site health & safety.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
• Confidence to work independently and use initiative.
• Previous commercial cleaning experience is desirable.
