Norse Cleaning Division works in partnership with a number of clients across East Anglia, providing a comprehensive range of professional cleaning services to local schools, public buildings, and communal areas.

We have a successful relationship with Thetford Academy and are looking to recruit a Cleaner on a part-time basis. You will be required to work 15 hours per week, from 15:45 to 18:45, Monday to Friday, for 41 weeks per year.

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out basic cleaning duties and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and maintaining designated areas - mopping, vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, and emptying bins.
• Building relationships with on-site clients.
• Carrying out routine checks and adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Reporting any issues or defects on-site.

Our Successful Candidate

We ideally seek candidates with previous cleaning or caretaking experience, along with:

• Knowledge of basic site health & safety.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
• Confidence to work independently and on your own initiative.
• Previous commercial cleaning experience is desirable.
