Cleaner – Hewett Academy

£12.21 per hour

12.5 hours per week, 16:00-18:30

Norse Cleaning Division partners with various clients across East Anglia, providing professional cleaning services to schools, public buildings, and communal areas.

We are recruiting a part-time Cleaner for Hewett Academy. The role involves working 12.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, from 16:00 to 18:30.

The Role

You will be responsible for basic cleaning duties and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Your tasks will include:

  • Cleaning and maintaining designated areas—mopping, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and emptying bins.
  • Building relationships with on-site clients.
  • Conducting routine checks and adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Reporting issues or defects on site.
Our Successful Candidate

Ideally, you will have previous cleaning or caretaking experience, along with:

  • Knowledge of basic site health & safety.
  • Excellent communication skills for building client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Previous commercial cleaning experience is desirable.
