We are looking for a Marketing Graduate to assist in the development and delivery of an effective marketing programme aimed at increasing awareness of the HKC brand and supporting its business objectives for the UK and Ireland.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone who is creative and has a passion for digital marketing.

Our Marketing Graduate will be enrolled onto our EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa) Graduate Programme, which includes a 3-month international secondment to another Market Region within ASSA ABLOY.

You will take part in a number of development programmes and will also be assigned a mentor within your local business.

What you would do as our Marketing Graduate:

1. Develop content for websites and email campaigns.
2. Liaise with Product Management and coordinate efforts to ensure all relevant products, descriptions, and images are displayed and optimized online for customers.
3. Social Media - work with marketing agencies to plan and create paid and organic content and analyze social media performance.
4. Manage advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, and other social media.
5. Execute CRM plans - arrange email newsletters, manage subscriber lists, and track campaign performance, while helping develop better CRM capabilities/platforms.
6. Support exhibition activities – stand design support, event organization, lead capture, and follow-up.
7. Conduct Market Research - assess and document market trends, including competitor activities and customer behavior; present competitive market analysis to support NPI.
8. Review brand messaging and ensure consistency across advertising and campaigns.
9. Collaborate with agencies, sales teams, designers, developers, and other team members to create marketing and sales support materials, case study content, telesales content, and white papers.
10. Support the Marketing Lead in developing, managing, and administering a loyalty scheme.

The ideal candidate will also have:

1. A degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Studies.
2. A keen eye for detail and the drive to work consistently to high standards.
3. The ability to manage multiple work streams and prioritize deadlines under pressure.
4. The ability to interact effectively and influence at all levels of an organization.
5. A self-motivated and enthusiastic outlook, with the confidence to propose ideas and constructively challenge.
