We are looking for a Marketing Graduate to assist in developing and delivering an effective marketing program aimed at increasing awareness of the HKC brand and supporting its business objectives for the UK and Ireland.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone who is creative and passionate about digital marketing.

Our Marketing Graduate will be enrolled in our EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa) Graduate Programme, which includes a 3-month international secondment to another market region within ASSA ABLOY.

You will participate in various development programs and will be assigned a mentor within your local business.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing content for websites and email campaigns.
  2. Liaising with Product Management to ensure relevant products, descriptions, and images are displayed and optimized online.
  3. Working with marketing agencies to plan, create, and analyze social media content and performance.
  4. Managing advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, and other social media.
  5. Executing CRM plans, managing email newsletters, subscriber lists, and tracking campaign performance.
  6. Supporting exhibition activities, including stand design, event organization, lead capture, and follow-up.
  7. Assessing market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to support NPI through market research and analysis.
  8. Reviewing and ensuring consistency of brand messaging across campaigns and advertising.
  9. Collaborating with agencies, sales teams, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create marketing materials, case studies, telesales content, and white papers.
  10. Supporting the Marketing Lead in developing and managing a loyalty scheme.

Candidate requirements:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines under pressure.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and confidence to share ideas and challenge constructively.
