RecruitLAB is working with a fast-growing group delivering construction, environmental and logistics services across the UK. With a variety of dynamic brands. We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Social Media & Marketing Manager to help elevate our online presence.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about content, branding, and digital storytelling - perfect for a marketing graduate or early-career professional looking to build their portfolio and grow with a forward-thinking business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating and managing engaging social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and more
- Confident with organic SEO
- Good understanding of PPC.
- Writing short blogs, case studies, and news posts for the company websites
- Capturing photo and video content on-site for real-time marketing use
- Scheduling and planning content calendars for multiple brands
- Assisting with brand development and visual content creation
- Supporting email marketing campaigns and customer outreach
- Brainstorming creative ways to promote services and customer wins
- Reporting on analytics and engagement to help shape content strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for social media and content creation
- Creative eye for design, branding, and video/photo editing
- Excellent written English and a flair for storytelling
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude - we love initiative!
- Some knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools (bonus!)
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Ideally a marketing/media/communications graduate or similar
