A new role has emerged to manage and oversee a portfolio of Trophy Assets/Major Buildings in London. This role seeks someone with a proactive attitude and proven success in managing commercial property portfolios. The role is part of the property team supporting FM and Building Management.

Your new role

• Overseeing portfolios and providing high-quality Property Management services to clients
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, and tenants daily
• Preparing reports for clients
• Identifying and executing asset management initiatives under supervision
• Coordinating with facilities managers and consultants regarding repairs and maintenance
• Conducting property inspections and managing Lease/Tenancy Schedules
• Advising clients on tenancy applications and licensing processes
• Collaborating with Facilities Management on service charge budgeting and reporting
• Managing client accounting tasks like budget preparation, reconciliations, and rent reports
• Handling arrears, invoice approvals, property database management, and helpdesk updates
• Preparing budgets and forecasts with finance team support
• Organizing tenant meetings and engagement activities
• Conducting due diligence for acquisitions and disposals

Minimum requirements to apply

• MRICS membership
• Degree qualification
• Experience managing commercial property portfolios (residential-only experience not suitable)
• Knowledge of lease events, rent reviews, finance, and accounting related to service charges, VAT, and arrears
