Your new company
A new role has emerged to manage and oversee a portfolio of Trophy Assets/Major Buildings in London. This role seeks someone with a can-do attitude and proven success in managing and overseeing a Commercial Property Portfolio. The role is within the property team supporting FM and Building Management.

Your new role

• Oversee portfolios and provide high-quality Property Management services to a range of clients
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, and tenants daily
• Prepare reports for clients
• Identify and undertake asset management initiatives under supervision
• Instruct and liaise with facilities managers and building consultants regarding repairs and planned maintenance
• Conduct regular property inspections and manage Lease/Tenancy Schedules
• Advise clients on tenancy applications and license processes
• Coordinate with Facilities Management on service charge budgeting and reporting
• Monitor and report on service charge expenditure
• Work with client accounting on budgets, reconciliations, and rent reports
• Manage income arrears, recoveries, invoice approvals, and maintain property database
• Prepare revenue budgets and forecasts with finance support
• Facilitate tenant meetings with strong engagement skills
• Conduct due diligence for acquisitions and disposals

Minimum requirements to apply

• MRICS - Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
• Experience managing a Commercial Property portfolio (not purely residential)
• Knowledge of lease events, rent reviews, L&T, finance, VAT, and arrears

What you'll receive in return

• Salary from £55,000 to £65,000
