Your new company
A new role has emerged to manage and oversee a portfolio of Trophy Assets/Major Buildings in London. This role is seeking someone with a can-do attitude and proven success in managing and overseeing a Commercial Property Portfolio. The position is within the property team supporting FM and Building Management.

Your new role

1. Oversee portfolios and provide high-quality Property Management services to a range of clients.
2. Liaise with clients, solicitors, and tenants daily.
3. Prepare reports for clients.
4. Identify and undertake asset management initiatives under supervision.
5. Instruct and liaise with facilities managers and building consultants regarding repairs and planned maintenance.
6. Conduct regular property inspections and manage Lease/Tenancy Schedules.
7. Advise clients on tenancy applications and control the licensing process.
8. Coordinate with the Facilities Management team on service charge budgeting, reporting, and expenditure monitoring.
9. Collaborate with the client accounting team on annual service charge budgets, reconciliations, and rent reports.
10. Manage income arrears and recovery processes, invoice approvals, and property database updates.
11. Prepare revenue budgets and quarterly forecasts with support from finance.
12. Facilitate tenant meetings with strong occupier engagement skills.
13. Conduct due diligence for acquisitions and disposals.

Minimum requirements

• MRICS membership.
• Degree-level qualification.
• Experience managing and overseeing commercial property portfolios (residential experience alone is not sufficient).
• Knowledge of lease events, rent reviews, lease & tenancy management, and finance & accounting aspects like service charges, VAT, and arrears.
