Full Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Content Executive to join our dynamicteam at TAL Agency. In this role, you’ll have the chance to workacross a variety of industries, producing compelling content that’sboth creative and SEO optimised.

Your expertise incopywriting, SEO, and content strategy will play a crucial role inhelping our clients grow their digital presence.

Core responsibilities:

• Create high-quality content: Write engagingeditorial, commercial, and on-page content across web pages and blogs,ensuring each piece is both aligned with the client’s tone of voice,and SEO-optimised.
• Interpret briefs effectively: Understand and execute content briefs to produce tailored content thatmeets the client’s needs and goals.
• Develop and implementcontent plans: Assist in the creation of quarterly content plansinformed by research and insights gathered using SEO tools (e.g.,Ahrefs, Google Search Console, SEMrush).
• Support withreporting: Assist the Content Manager with reporting and trackingkey performance metrics from time to time. Able to utilise tools likeGoogle Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs to assess contentperformance if needed.
• Comfortable with client-facing:Be comfortable providing regular workflow updates duringclient-facing calls, keeping clients informed about progress,deadlines etc.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-pacedenvironment: Deliver content for multiple clients across avariety of industries, ensuring quality and deadlines are met.
• Strongwritten and communication skills

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in contentmarketing or a related role.
• SEO expertise: A solidunderstanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and contentoptimisation.
• Eagerness to learn: A passion forcontent marketing and a desire to develop your skills in areas likecontent strategy, performance tracking, and SEO tools.
• Agency experience (bonus): Experience working withina client-facing environment is a plus, but not essential.
