• Are highly visual — aesthetic-first thinking with a sharp editorial POV.
• Are quick on the cultural uptake. You don’t follow trends — you catch them mid-air.
• Can write copy, brief creatives, and make smart stuff happen fast.
• Balance creativity with an understanding of what drives engagement.
