We are seeking to recruit a Curriculum Manager for Social Science (Sociology, Psychology and/or Criminology). This is a great opportunity for someone to gain some management experience and step up to a Curriculum Management role.
While having high standards of teaching themselves, the role centres on managing the excellent delivery of learning & support for both students and staff in the area. You will monitor student progress, evaluate teaching methods and implement quality improvement strategies to enhance the quality of teaching and learning, student outcomes and success. You would work closely with the college to design and update curriculum content, ensuring it meets regulatory standards, industry requirements and educational objectives. This includes integrating current curriculum content, technologies and research into the curriculum. Additionally, you will collaborate with external partners such as local businesses and universities to stay abreast of industry trends and ensure courses are relevant to the destinations of our students.
