What You'll Do:

1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
2. Candidate Sourcing: Identify, screen, and interview top-tier candidates.
3. End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the recruitment cycle from initial client engagement to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless process.
4. Consultative Expertise: Provide expert advice on recruitment trends, salary benchmarking, and solutions.
5. Business Development: Generate new business through outreach, networking, and attending relevant events.
6. Team Leadership: Mentor and support Associate/Trainee Consultants to grow the team's capabilities.

What We're Looking For:

Candidates should have an entrepreneurial spirit, strong business acumen, and a motivated attitude. Exceptional communication skills, drive, and ambition are essential. Recruitment experience, preferably within education or fast-moving temporary recruitment, is required. A UK driving license is also necessary.
