Job Description:

The position requires managing end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, evaluating CVs, conducting interviews, and maintaining our ATS and employer brand.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the complete recruitment process for various roles.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers across departments.
  3. Source and attract high-caliber candidates through advertising and direct approaches.
  4. Evaluate CVs against job descriptions.
  5. Participate in initial interviews and coach managers.
  6. Ensure diversity and adherence to company guidelines throughout the hiring process.
  7. Manage ATS (Teamtailor) and enhance employer branding on social media platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
  8. Develop candidate engagement strategies.
Requirements:
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment, agency or in-house.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in IT tools, including Microsoft Office and ATS systems.
