Emerging Talent Scout at Norwich City Football Club

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced candidate to join our Recruitment Department at Norwich City Football Club as an Emerging Talent Scout. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual passionate about player identification and recruitment.

The successful candidate will support the player identification and assessment process through extensive video and live scouting, reporting, and analysis of prospective target players in collaboration with the wider Recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the Head of Emerging Talent to identify players within Emerging Talent markets (domestic & international) through video and live scouting to support the club’s recruitment strategy.
2. Compile and collate reports on prospective target players using bespoke club-specific reporting methods.
3. Conduct in-depth research into designated Emerging Talent markets to identify suitable players for NCFC.
