Key Responsibilities:
Planned and delivered learning activities under the guidance of teaching staff, including whole-class cover.
Supported pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including those with autism, ADHD, and complex communication needs.
Led small group interventions in literacy and numeracy, as well as 1:1 support for targeted learners.
Assisted in the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavioural support strategies.
Worked collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionals to adapt curriculum materials and create inclusive learning environments.
Provided pastoral support, promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
Monitored pupil progress and maintained accurate records to support assessment and reporting.
Supervised pupils during breaks, outings, and extra-curricular activities.
