Due to retirement, an opportunity has arisen for a motivated, adaptable healthcare or therapy assistant to join the Falls Prevention Team, working across Bradford and Airedale.
We seek enthusiastic, organized, and flexible individuals with excellent communication skills to work independently under supervision, supporting falls prevention and anticipatory care for older adults in their homes.
The team delivers community-based, integrated healthcare, combining preventative and recovery interventions. We are implementing new ways of working to enhance care.
