PrettyGreen is looking for a Creative Strategist to join our growing Influencer Marketing and Social Team. Someone who understands our mission to deliver creative communications that positively impact people, planet, & performance.

THE ROLE

As our Influencer Creative Strategist, you’ll be the brain behind the brilliance—dreaming up smart, culturally spot-on campaigns that get audiences talking, brands noticed, and content that’s impossible to scroll past.

You’ll work within PrettyGreen’s Influencer & Social division, collaborating closely with the Studio team and client delivery crew to shape bold, platform-native campaigns.

This is a mid-level role for someone experienced in influencer briefs, creator ideas, and strategic cracking, whether for standalone activations or integrated brand moments.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead influencer campaign strategy from concept to execution.
  • Translate insights, trends, and platform behavior into creative, measurable plans.
  • Collaborate with creative, insights, and client teams for integrated campaigns.
Data, Measurement & Reporting
  • Use platform analytics to inform work and challenge assumptions.
  • Co-create KPIs and measurement frameworks.
  • Help evolve approaches to prove effectiveness.
New Business & Client Growth
  • Support new business efforts by shaping pitches and interrogating briefs.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth with insights.
  • Participate in agency marketing, writing thought pieces, and shaping credentials.
Culture, Trends & Tools
  • Stay updated on platform updates and creator culture.
  • Help the team understand current and future trends.
  • Champion and support the use of the right tools and tech.
WHO YOU ARE
  • Approximately 4–5 years’ experience in influencer strategy, talent marketing, or social content.
  • Ideation and insight-driven—love crafting frameworks and decks.
  • Collaborative with creative teams, talent managers, and clients.
  • Plugged into creator culture and emerging platforms.
  • Committed to quality and strategic communication.
  • Eager to shape and grow within a developing division.
