What You Can Expect
  • Manage daily sales region activities in collaboration with Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, and Sales Managers.
  • Service hospitals and provide technical support to stakeholders within our customer base.
  • Deliver bespoke training to ensure surgeons and scrub staff operate safely and efficiently with Zimmer Biomet products, attending surgeries to provide real-time support.
How You'll Create Impact
  • Provide technical advice in the OR on Zimmer Biomet Recon Products.
  • Train users in the use of Zimmer Biomet products.
  • Generate sales leads within Platinum & Silver customers.
  • Manage logistics around procedure planning and stock.
  • Support product demonstrations and educational initiatives onsite.
  • Follow internal communication and documentation policies (QA).
  • Adhere to divisional sales strategies under the Regional Sales Manager’s guidance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Zimmer Biomet and competitors’ products.
  • Keep Salesforce updated for accounts.
  • Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, staff training, etc., as required.
  • Report monthly to the Regional Sales Manager on performance and activities.
