What You Can Expect

As a Clinical Sales Specialist (CSS), you will manage daily sales activities, working alongside Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, and Sales Managers to service hospitals and provide technical support to stakeholders within our customer base.

You will deliver bespoke training to ensure Surgeons and Scrub Staff are competent to operate safely and efficiently with Zimmer Biomet products, attending surgeries as necessary to provide real-time support.

How You'll Create Impact
  • Providing technical advice in the OR on Zimmer Biomet Recon Products
  • Training on the use of Zimmer Biomet products
  • Generating sales leads within Platinum & Silver customers
  • Managing logistics around procedure planning and stock
  • Supporting product demonstrations and educational initiatives onsite
  • Following internal communication and documentation policies (QA)
  • Adhering to divisional sales strategies under the Regional Sales Manager's guidance
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Zimmer Biomet and competitive products
  • Keeping SalesForce updated for accounts
  • Participating in sales meetings, exhibitions, and staff training as required
  • Providing monthly reports on performance, activities, and competition
