What You Can Expect

As a Clinical Sales Specialist (CSS), you will be integral to managing successful sales regions. You will work alongside Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, and Sales Managers to service hospitals and provide technical support to stakeholders within our customer base. Additionally, you will deliver bespoke training to ensure surgeons and scrub staff are competent to operate safely and efficiently with Zimmer Biomet products, attending surgeries as necessary to provide real-time support.

How You'll Create Impact
  • Provide technical advice in the OR on Zimmer Biomet Recon Products
  • Deliver training on the use of Zimmer Biomet products
  • Generate sales leads within Platinum & Silver customers
  • Manage logistics around procedure planning and consignment stock
  • Support onsite product demonstrations and educational initiatives
  • Follow internal communication and documentation policies (QA)
  • Adhere to divisional sales strategies under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager
  • Acquire necessary knowledge of Zimmer Biomet and competitors' products
  • Keep Salesforce updated for accounts
  • Attend sales meetings, exhibitions, and staff training as required
  • Provide monthly reports on performance, activities, and competitive insights
